Please note that only FULLY COMPLETED forms (with full payment), would be accepted for submission. This includes the section for invited guest (‘passport’).

FAQs :

Q1 :     Who can be considered a ‘passport’-ah?

A1 :     Any ‘unchurched’ child. ‘Unchurched’ means not attending / going to any church.

Q2 :     Aiyo! I tried very hard but still cannot get passport wor! / At first I invited someone, but then at the last minute my passport cancel wor! How? How-ah?!

A2 :     If the above happens to you, well we are really sorry. But of course we understand these things do happen.

            Check back with us again on this notice board at another time (preferably closer to the closing date).

            If there are spaces still available, then you may submit your registration for consideration. Whilst we try to include as many children as we can, sometimes we may be unable to do so. So no guarantees / promises.

Q3 :     Aiya, although I don’t have a passport / my passport not confirmed yet, let me submit my form first-lah. Later when I get all the particulars, then I update. Never mind-lah, can KIV first mah.

A3 :     All forms MUST be fully completed prior to submission, else refer to A2 above.
